Helaba and Berlin Hyp agree prolongation of Aurelis Real Estate’s "Emma portfolio"

Helaba is extending the terms of the lending facility, provided jointly with Berlin Hyp, for its customer Aurelis Real Estate to finance the "Emma portfolio" with a total of 46 properties. The broadly diversified portfolio comprises land, logistics facilities, commercial and manufacturing buildings in addition to office properties located in nine federal states in Germany, predominantly in the conurbations of Munich, Nuremberg, the Rhine-Ruhr Metropolitan Region and Stuttgart. All of them are situated in prime urban locations.
The original facility, which has a volume in the mid triple-digit million range and was financed in equal parts by Helaba and Berlin Hyp, was initially due to expire in 2026. It has now been extended ahead of schedule until November 2030.
