Berlin Hyp finances the ‘Cross Towers’ in Amsterdam for Edge

Berlin Hyp has financed the ‘Cross Towers’ for the European property developer and manager Edge and two Dutch family companies. It is a 23-storey office building in a central location on Amsterdam's southern axis and offers 29,500 square metres of rental space. Edge will modernise the building, which was built in 2008, to sustainably increase its energy efficiency.
