Berlin Hyp finances logistics center for Panattoni in Poland

Berlin Hyp is financing a logistics centre in Bydgoszcz/Poland for Panattoni with a green loan of € 74.3 million and a term of five years. The logistics centre has a total rental area of approximately 140,000 m² and is used for the e-commerce market. It was built to the highest standards for sustainable construction and has been awarded a BREEAM ‘excellent’ certification.
