INVESTIKA Real Estate Fund, the largest Czech and Slovak open-ended property fund for private investors, has acquired five logistics parks from Polish developer 7R together with its JV partner - BUD Holdings SA. Berlin Hyp provided € 91.5 million as sole lender for the acquisition of the portfolio.
The portfolio consists of first-class logistics properties in Gdansk, Poznan, Krakow, Bydgoszcz and Kielce and comprises around 212,500 m². The space is almost fully let to a variety of tenants from the production, logistics, retail and e-commerce sectors.
