Non-financial report in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) 2024

In our first non-financial report in accordance with the requirements of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), we expand on the ideas and concepts from our ESG Highlight Report 2023. Our updated material impacts, risks and opportunities (IROs for short) form the focal point of the report. Our aim is to create transparency about how we deal with negative and positive impacts on the environment and people that arise from our business model as a real estate financing bank, and to demonstrate how we mitigate transitional and physical risks and seize opportunities by adopting an ambitious stance on sustainability. In this way, the report not only serves to fulfill regulatory requirements, but also functions as an ESG management tool that looks to the future.
