Oliver Hecht

Oliver Hecht will become a member of Berlin Hyp's Executive Board on 1 January 2026, with responsibility for real estate financing sales at domestic branches and the International Investors and Open-Ended Real Estate Funds sales unit.

Prior to this, the graduate in business administration and real estate economics (ebs) had held various divisional management positions at Berlin Hyp since 2011, most recently with responsibility for the Domestic North/West CRE sales division. His key achievements during this time include establishing the bank's portfolio management and firmly anchoring Berlin Hyp as a partner of the German savings banks in commercial real estate financing.

from 2005 to 2011, he worked as a managing director and management consultant in various real estate project development companies. After studying economics and completing a banking apprenticeship, he began his professional career in corporate banking and real estate financing at Berliner Bankgesellschaft.

Oliver Hecht is a bank manager with many years of experience and comprehensive, interdisciplinary expertise in commercial real estate financing, institutional customer business and the management of complex sales units.
