ITC office portfolio

Berlin Hyp is providing Schroders Capital with € 130 million for the follow-up financing of the InTheCity Fund. Berlin Hyp is the sole lender.

The "lnTheCity" portfolio (ITC) consists of 13 office buildings, all located on top of or next to railway stations with excellent public transport connections. The locations are in medium-sized and larger cities in the Netherlands.

The majority of the locations are in the Randstad conurbation, while the rest are located in the north and south-east of the country. The 120 units are mostly let to governmental institutions and well-known companies.
