Patrick Walcher
Since 1 August 2025, Patrick Walcher has been responsible for commercial real estate financing in Germany and abroad with the international markets Continental Europe, Americas and EMEA as a member of the Executive Board of Berlin Hyp.
Until his appointment to the Executive Board of Berlin Hyp, he was a divisional director at Landesbank Baden-Württemberg (LBBW), where he was responsible for large-volume, national and international property financing on the market side.
Prior to this, Patrick Walcher was Head of Origination Equity Capital Markets at LBBW, where he was responsible for strategic consulting, structuring and execution of equity and capital market-related transactions.
He began his professional career as a senior management consultant and project manager at an international management consultancy and as an assistant to the management of a German private bank.
Patrick Walcher studied business administration at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. With over 20 years of management experience in commercial real estate financing, he is one of the leading experts in the industry.
