Berlin Hyp finances a property portfolio of GSG Berlin. This includes 30 mixed-use commercial properties in Berlin. The total volume of the ImmoSchuldschein amounts to € 500 million. Of this amount, € 232 million was placed with the German savings banks. As part of this financing, Berlin Hyp takes over the order book, placement, agency and servicing.

Four Hotel Properties of Motel One are Financed by Berlin Hyp
Berlin Hyp finances a portfolio of four hotel properties in the German metropolitan cities of Berlin, Munich and Nuremberg for the Motel One hotel chain. The total volume of the ImmoAval amounts to approx. €125 million. Of this, €60 million is held by the German savings banks through placement (pari passu). Berlin Hyp takes over placement, agency and servicing as part of the financing.

Berlin Hyp Finances Two Logistics Properties for LIP Invest
Berlin Hyp finances two logistics properties in the Hanover region for the investment company LIP Invest based in Munich. The total volume of the ImmoGarant is €21 million. Berlin Hyp will guarantee approximately €11 million of this amount. In the course of financing, it will take over agency and servicing.
