Together with Helaba and pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank, Berlin Hyp is financing a new Green Loan for IMMOFINANZ with a term of five years and a volume of € 180 million. It replaces an earlier financing arrangement. The Green Loan is secured by the ‘myhive Warsaw Spire’, one of the tallest and most modern office towers in the Polish capital with a total usable area of more than 71,000 m² and BREEAM excellent certification.
