Purpose of the data collection, processing or use: The object of the business of the office processing the data comprises bank transactions as defined in Section 1(1) of the Banking Act (Kreditwesengesetz).

The data collection, processing and use is for the purposes stated above.

Customer data, staff data and data of suppliers, to the extent to which this is necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes specified above.

Recipients or categories of recipients to which the data can be communicated:

Usual time-limit for the deletion of the data:
Numerous duties and time-limits have been legislated for the keeping of data. After the expiry of these time-limits, the relevant data will be routinely deleted. If data is not affected by this, it will be deleted once the purposes stated above no longer apply.

Planned data transmission to third party countries:
Transmission to third party states is not planned, apart from the handling of customer orders in payment and foreign trade transactions.
