Over 400 staff members in five offices are dedicated to serving these interests.

We form the real estate financing business division together with our parent company, the Landesbank Berlin AG. This combines the strengths of a real estate bank and a universal bank in an ideal way: we cover a broad spectrum of financial services ranging from extensive advice to the linking of loan and capital market companies to syndication.

In the refinancing sphere, mortgage bonds fulfil the needs of investors for a profitable, safe and liquid capital investment. Renowned rating agencies classify our public mortgage bonds with the best rating (Standard & Poor's: AAA; Moody`s: Aaa).
