Berlin Hyp issues Public Pfandbriefe on the basis of § 1 par. 1 sentence 2 Pfandbrief Act.

 

We grant loans to the public sector on the basis of § 20 Pfandbrief Act. In doing so we focus on countries and regions. 

The granting of loans to public entities beneath regional level does not form part of our core business.
